By using Bitphoto, you agree to these Terms of Use. Bitphoto is operated by Honey Motion LLC.

What Bitphoto is

Bitphoto helps you check the authenticity of images and social posts using on-device analysis and a Bitphoto Score (0–100). Bitphoto is for informational and educational purposes: a tool to support your review process. You remain responsible for how you use scores, reports, and guidance.

On-device analysis

Image checks run on your device. Bitphoto keeps your photos on your device for the current local detection path. History, jobs, and per-job reports are stored locally unless you export or delete them.

Interpreting results

Bitphoto summarizes local signals to support your judgment. Results can vary by image, source, and context. Describe results as signals and confidence levels. Pair Bitphoto with source, context, and your own review.

Use language like likely, signals, confidence (when from a validated on-device model), uncertain, and check before you believe.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use Bitphoto and its results.
• Use results with kindness, care, and respect for others.
• Present Bitphoto output as signal-based guidance alongside your own judgment.

Play & in-app coins

Bitphoto includes lightweight games and playful coin rewards. Coins and avatars are in-app game points for avatars and rewards. They're playful points separate from financial currency or tradable assets.

Verifiable checkmark (future, optional)

An optional program may let you record a verifiable checkmark in a public transparency log. Participation is opt-in. Only a commitment (hash) is recorded. Your image stays private. This is a status indicator for transparency, separate from coins, tokens, or tradable assets. Paid features outside Apple In-App Purchase follow Apple's billing rules.

Subscriptions

Bitphoto offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Plans include:

• Free: limited daily checks, basic results, ads after checks. Basic truth-checking is included for everyone.
• Bitphoto Plus: ad-free experience, more checks, history, saved results, better reports.
• Bitphoto Business: batch detector, job history, evidence packages, CSV/JSON/HTML exports, macOS & Windows desktop support.
• Enterprise: team seats, volume workflows, and evidence-style desktop tools. Contact info@bitphoto.com for custom annual pricing.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) unless you have a separate Enterprise agreement with us. Paid plans add convenience, volume, exports, proof packages, team workflows, history, desktop power, and an ad-free experience, with the same honest detection for every tier.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Refunds follow Apple's policies. Pricing may change with notice as allowed by Apple and applicable law.

Availability

Bitphoto mobile and desktop software is coming soon. Features, availability, and subscription pricing may change. We will provide notice when required by law or platform policy.
